On January 30th Callum Walley, a member of NeSI’s Applications Support team, presented a webinar on troubleshooting.  Having helped numerous people overcome job submission obstacles, Callum used this webinar to point out some common errors NeSI users face and tips on how to identify and solve them as an App Support professional would.  This presentation highlighted a methodical approach to troubleshooting that, ideally, left attendees feeling curious and confident to find the root cause of the errors they encounter.

If you were unable to attend the webinar in person or want to revisit the material, please check out the links below:

All NeSI staff want our users to have as much success as possible using the NeSI platforms. We hope the tips shared in this webinar help members of the NZ research community complete work more easily and efficiently. If, however, you are ever having a hard time finding the root cause of your error please reach out to support@nesi.org.nz
