NeSI know-how webinar 1: 4 tips for getting started with NeSI
In this webinar, we'll walk through a few quick tips and best practices for anyone wanting to know the basics of high performance computing on NeSI. NeSI's Nooriyah Lohani will present 4 mini-topics geared towards users who are new to HPC environments and command line navigation. Explanations will be simple, straightforward and will cover:
- High performance computing (HPC) jargon - learn the lingo,
- NeSI file structure,
- Secure Copy (SCP) and data transfer basics, and
- How to get support as someone new to NeSI
