We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Agile Portfolio Lead who will be tasked with supporting and enabling team-wide delivery against overall strategic goals while evolving agile practices within NeSI through ongoing team agile coaching and development.

Key responsibilities

• Advocate for agile values and principles helping teams connect with, and understand their relevance to everyday work.
• Establish a shared definition of agile practice bench marking and measuring progress of maturity development over time.
• Lead adoption of key tools and platforms to support agile ways of working.
• Support the leadership team in developing strategic portfolio plans, including tracking and facilitating delivery across and within teams.
