NeSI is looking for an experienced DevOps and Integration Programmer to join our team on a fixed term (6 months) basis. You will design and implement a suite of open-source products underpinning and integrating NeSI’s services into high performance computing and data analytics services.Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity As part of a small team of software engineers, you will contribute in product development, translating researcher and sector needs into the evolution of NeSI’s services, implementing services which improve outcomes for researchers and stakeholders.
The Carpentries is a global program to teach foundational computational and data management skills to researchers. New Zealand trains several potential Carpentries Instructor trainees every year and it is time to train a new cohort of future instructors.Our next Carpentries Instructor training course will be held virtually on March 5,6,7 and 8 from 2pm to 6pm NZT.
